1. Prices and Taxes

• All prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice, and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices for the accommodation, additional services, and amenities are confirmed at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

2. Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out

• A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
• Full payment for the accommodation is due at check-in unless otherwise stated.
• At check-out, any incidental charges (e.g., room service, damages, additional services) will be settled. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved methods.

3. Traveling with Minors

• Guests traveling with minors must ensure that proper arrangements are made for their safety and well-being.
• All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times in public areas within the property.
• Age restrictions may apply for certain facilities and services.

4. Accessibility or Special Needs

• We strive to accommodate all guests, including those with disabilities or special needs. If you require assistance or have specific needs, please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
• Accessible rooms and amenities are available upon request, subject to availability.

5. Parking

• Parking spaces are available for guests at the property, subject to availability. Parking fees may apply, and it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure their vehicle is parked in a designated space.
• The property is not liable for any damages or loss to vehicles or personal property while on the premises.

6. Hotel Events

• The property may host events, such as conferences, weddings, or banquets, which could impact the availability of certain facilities or cause temporary disruptions. Guests will be informed of any such events in advance, and we will take reasonable steps to minimize any inconvenience.

7. Dispute Resolution/Issues

• In case of any disputes, we encourage guests to contact the hotel management team immediately to seek a resolution. We will make every effort to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
• If necessary, the dispute may be escalated to a relevant authority for resolution. Any legal matters will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the hotel is located.

• The property is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused to guests or their personal property while on the premises, except as required by applicable law.
• Guests are responsible for their own actions during their stay, including their conduct and the behavior of their guests.

10. Force Majeure

• The hotel is not responsible for any failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events (Force Majeure).
• In the event of Force Majeure, the hotel will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative accommodations or services, but no liability will be accepted.

11. Third Party Rights

• These terms and conditions are for the benefit of the hotel, its affiliates, and any third-party service providers engaged to assist with your reservation or stay.
• No third party will have any rights under these terms unless expressly stated.

12. Waiver

• Failure by the hotel to enforce any provision of these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of any rights or obligations under these terms. The hotel reserves the right to enforce any provision at any time.

13. Severance

• If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the terms shall remain in full force and effect.
